I started this blog as a personal journal to
document my quest to compete in the Lunar Lander Challenge.
I asked a couple of friends if I should make it public, they both said yes so here it is.
It is not a literary master piece.
Its not going to be an opinion journal, its going
to be a log of daily thoughts, decisions and experiences along the journey.
It will make much more sense if you start at the bottom and read your way to the top.

This is great Paul!
Good luck on your quest -- and thanks for sharing.
Hi Paul,
I maintain the Space Blogroll, a list of all the space/rocketry/astronomy blogs I can find. I added your blog to the blogroll today, the 144th blog so far. If you would like to add the Space Blogroll to your sidebar, you can find the necessary code to do so here. If you don't want to add the blogroll to your sidebar, that's ok too; you're on there regardless.
I'll add the blogroll.
I'm still struggling with the blogger interface. I write HTML from scratch in a text editor just fine...
Alas figuring out where to put things in the blogger template is not yet so clear. I edited the template in one place thinking I was adding my
"unreasonable quote" under the title and it ended up on every post.
I'll mess with it in the next few days. Tonight I'm going to try and finish my prototype valve.
I'll be cheering you on as your ship lifts into the air. I used to be a fan of Armadillo, but I find your operation more inspiring since I like the idea that someone can win a prize like the L-L challenge by working out of their home garage. I hope you'll be posting a lot of photos/movies along with accounts of your progress.
Paul, if you copy all of your template and paste it into a Notepad file, then send it as an attachment in an email to me (spider_boris at yahoo dot com) then I'll make the necessary changes for you and send it back. It is a good idea for you to save your template as a Notepad file anyhow, just in case there are problems in the future; that way you can always revert.
